Weight Loss
Weight loss, what makes people want to do it? The predominant reason in the past and probably still today is image and esteem. In the past decade the impact of obesity on the health has become more apparent, so this too has resulted in a further push to lose weight. In reaction to this are the many people waiting to capitalise on this increasing demand from the public who are quick to reach for pills and fads to cope with a widely shared struggle with weight management. As many things fail to work for many people, most are finding themselves jumping from diet to diet, their results going up and down (if up at all) and often falling into a vicious weight loss/gain cycle. Because of this it is extremely important that we understand our bodies and how they react to foods and exercise. It's also crucial to keep in mind that different things work to different people and we need to become in tune with our bodies and not jump towards diets that sound like a good idea, because let's face it, many of them do! Whatever reading you do and decisions you make in managing you weight keep in mind that it will always be beneficial to stick to core healthy values that include a good balanced diet, exercise and a stress free frame of mind. most popular weight loss articles
