Nowadays, doctors believe that a proper weight can be achieved by burning more calories and not by solely eliminating the fats in the body. Obese and overweight people are advised to exercise regularly to decrease the quantity of calories in their system. Since there is still no solid evidence proving that dietary fats cause obesity, experts recommend that people monitor their intake of fatty foods, basically focusing on a higher level of unsaturated fat intake to directly counter the rising of LDL or low-density lipoproteins level in the body.
